Thank you for your participation in the Alzheimer’s Association 2009 Northern Virginia Memory Walk®!! We’re so happy to all who came out to walk and show your support for the cause.
We are coming down to the home stretch for fundraising with the October 26th deadline to turn in all donations raised. Don't forget to update your personal web page with a picture of you at the walk and change the text to reflect your experience. Just as we have been thanking you for all of your hard work and support, make sure you take the time to thank all of your family, friends and colleagues that made a donation in support of you. If they know of your experience and the success you had in fundraising, they may be interested in joining us next year.
Just to get an idea of the impact you made, the funds from Memory Walk will be used to provide help and hope to over 500,000 individuals including those diagnosed, their families and care partners in the District of Columbia, suburban Maryland, and Northern Virginia who face the daily challenges of Alzheimer's disease. Through your contributions we will support families and support research to create a world without Alzheimer's disease!
